Current Project.

                 Currently I' am working on a bio mechanical dry brush painting in oil. Sadly I' am have some     issues with my camera right now or I would add a progress photo. Current items in painting include (wires,skull,cogs,bolts,screws etc.) the painting is going to be my third attempt at dry brushing

                 My first painting with this technique was of +David Tennant from +Dr Who which did not come out bad at all but showed I had much room for improvement. The second attempt was of this man.

                  This was just a photo I came across while searching +Google for "portrait photography". I just thought the wrinkles and hard to soft shadows would prove as a good test. I spent two hours on the painting and was very happy with the result. This attempt was light years better than my +david tennant painting. After finishing the painting I had given it to a friend because they had liked it so much. Because of this I only have a image I took with my phone that is only a portion of the full painting.

                   So once I see this person again I will be sure to take a digital copy of it for this blog.
